7/17/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program setting, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP with moderate emotions. During morning observations, the client exhibited difficulty achieving his target objectives of positive anger management skills, self control and following directives. During midday observations, the client started fights with his peers and threw object across the room. During afternoon observations, the client was observed following directives and achieving ISP objectives. QMHP greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program setting. During morning observations, QMHP encouraged the client to work towards achieving all ISP objectives. During midday observations, QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of achieving his target objectives by following directives, self control, and positive anger management skills. During afternoon observations, QMHP praised the client for regaining track. The client responded well towards summer program session as evidenced by positive feedback and participation. During morning observations, the client was unreceptive to redirection by refusing to follow directives, using inappropriate language, and running from authority. During midday observations, the client was not able to calm down and did not agree to achieve target objectives. During afternoon observations, the client was able to regain focus and complete ISP objectives. The client explained that he was happy to achieve his ISP objectives. The client communicated that he would continue to make good decisions while in the summer program.
